from Fame Academy’s Carrie Grant
I thought I'd drop you guys
a line to say a HUGE “HELLO” from all of us at Fame Academy. My name is
Carrie Grant and I am one of the vocal coaches and judges on the series (the
one with the red hair). This series of Fame Academy has been even better than
the first. The talent has been so strong and it has also been a real laugh
working with my husband, David. I wanted to write because I have had Crohn's
for 20 years and have had some big ups and downs over the years and spent
lots of time in hospital. I know some of you guys have probably had even
harder times than me but I wanted you to know that life doesn't have to stop
with Crohn's and Colitis. I have managed to work and achieve so many of my
dreams. So, don’t give up. Your illness can actually make you stronger as a
person and with that kind of strength you have so much to offer the world.
